On the 22nd of August, Avalon Private Dining, The Macallan and perfumer Luisa Jo come together for Notes of Harmony. An intimate, multi-sensory dinner for 25 guests at the Avalon Estate in Schoorl, nestled between forest and dunes just 45 minutes from Amsterdam.
Over six courses, Chef Amos Katan will guide guests through a culinary journey rooted in Levantine soul and European precision each dish thoughtfully paired with a Macallan expression. Alongside the table, Luisa Jo will weave fragrance into the evening, drawing unexpected connections between scent, flavour and whisky.
